Delivery & Returns

Delivery

• UK only for now. We do not yet ship overseas.
• Tracked delivery, £3.95, free on orders over £50.
• Orders are made and packed in small batches and dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking link by email when your parcel is on its way.

Packaging

Tinctures ship in amber glass, wrapped and boxed. Capsules and teas ship in resealable pouches. Bundles arrive in the black gift box. Store everything cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, and keep tinctures upright.

Returns

You can return any unopened, sealed product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. Email us with your order number first and we will confirm the return address. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened foods or supplements unless they are faulty. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any return postage.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt email or by emailing us. A renewal that has already been dispatched can be returned under the policy above if unopened.
