Terms & Conditions

Who we are
Holy Current (Holy Current, [Address, Town, Postcode], UK). Contact: hello@holycurrent.co.uk. These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products are not medicines
Our capsules and tinctures are food supplements and our teas are foods. They are traditional herbal products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop use and seek advice if you experience any adverse reaction.
Some products carry specific warnings (for example, products containing wormwood must not be used for more than 14 consecutive days and are unsuitable in pregnancy). These are printed on the label and on the product page, and form part of these terms.
Orders and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe; we never see your card details. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund any order before dispatch, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error.
Subscriptions
Where a monthly plan is offered, you are charged the discounted price every 30 days and we dispatch a fresh product each time. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Stripe receipt email, or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and no further charges are made. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a renewal that has already been dispatched, but that order can be returned under the returns policy below if unopened.
Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are packed in small batches and sent tracked, usually arriving within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. See our Delivery & Returns page for details.
Cancellation and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for any reason. Because our products are foods and supplements, this right only applies to items that are unopened, sealed and in resalable condition. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty. Full details, including how to return, are on the Delivery & Returns page.
Faulty or damaged goods
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise not as described, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace or refund, including return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Allergens and ingredients
Every product lists its full ingredients on the label and product page. Products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts (black walnut). Check the ingredients before use if you have allergies.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for any use of a product contrary to the directions and warnings on its label. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Website content
All text, images and branding on this site belong to us and may not be reused without permission. Product images are studio renders and colours may differ slightly from the product you receive; batches of a hand-made herbal product naturally vary in colour and strength.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in your home nation of the UK.
